How Will My Order Be Sent Out?

Courier Delivery

  • For parcel deliveries, we will use a courier service.
  • The standard parcel service time scale is an estimated 2-7 working days.
  • We have next day, day specific and Saturday option which you can choose at the time of placing your order (UK Mainland only).
  • Each item will be carefully packaged and distributed to our courier after being dispatched from our warehouse.

Pallet Delivery

  • A pallet service is required on larger items.
  • The standard pallet service time scale is an estimated 2-10 working days.
  • We have next day, day specific and Saturday option which you can choose at the time of placing your order (UK Mainland only).
  • When your order is processed and given to our courier, you will be contacted to arrange a suitable delivery date.
  • Our standard pallet service offers delivery to the kerbside, couriers will not be able to move pallets or goods inside the property.

If you happen to reside in an area that is considered to be 'remote' by our couriers, you may incur additional delivery charges.

Do You Ship Internationally?

We are happy to announce our international delivery service for our overseas customers. Larger orders to countries we ship to will have an option allowing you to request a quote. The quote will be made available to you within 24 hours. Our trade team will contact you to discuss this. Smaller orders will calculate automatically.

If you do not see your location or country listed in the checkout process, we may still be able to ship to you. Please drop us an email at bathroomfocalpoint@gmail.com and include your Unique Basket Code (click 'Save & Email Basket' in the My Basket page to generate this) and Location.

Further Information

Free Standard Delivery is available to most of the UK on orders over £599 (note: some exclusions apply). Please enter your delivery postcode into the 'Calculate Delivery' form during the checkout process for more information).

All delivery charges are inclusive of VAT. The total delivery charge will be displayed prior to confirming your order based on your postcode and size of order.

All Items are available to be collected from the store, though please be aware items cannot normally be collected on the same day as ordering.

Next Working Day items ordered must all be items currently in stock and held at our distribution warehouse. Orders must be fully completed and terms and conditions agreed to no later than 13:00 for a Next Day service. For larger pallet items on any order date, orders must be placed and accepted before 14:00. 

Please note UK Bank Holidays will impact Next Day service.
